Ondřej works for ACOMWARE, where he strengthens relations with major partners and participates in decision-making on the strategic direction the company should take. He's a competent consultant and makes use of his experience when working with major Czech e-business companies, such as Astratex, Feedo, and Pepe Jeans. He likes to give lectures at conferences both in the Czech Republic and abroad, teaches at the University of Economics in Prague, and cooperates with the O2 Foundation in the Think Big project. Ondřej´s co-leader in the workshop will be Denis Wanča, head of the digital media department at the consultancy firm ACOMWARE.
Ondřej will show you how to take care of your customers in each phase of the purchase process. Together you'll go through the principles of the STDC framework. You'll talk about why it's suitable to address the customer differently if they are not considering a purchase yet (See), start to think about it (Think), or if they have already decided (Do). We'll use examples of users of desktops as well as mobile devices to show how to prepare advertising campaigns and their content and what metrics to use in order to evaluate them correctly. This workshop should provide you with a specific scenario for a media campaign.
You should have at least basic knowledge of Internet marketing and actively participate in implementing a marketing strategy (and, ideally, campaign planning) in your company. This workshop is suitable for representatives of medium-sized and big e-shops or retail companies that are trying to build up their brand.
